1. Scope

This policy applies to the kitepon.dev brand site and blog operated by Quo. A product-specific privacy policy takes precedence for that product when one is provided.

2. Access data

Delivery providers such as Cloudflare and the origin server may process request time, requested URL, browser information, IP address, and similar data for delivery, security, and incident investigation.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to aggregate page-view and performance information. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not track individuals across sites and discards a beacon's source IP address at the nearest data center. See theCloudflare documentationfor details.

The brand site and blog use GoatCounter to aggregate page views, referrers, campaigns, product and language-navigation events, browsers, operating systems, locations, languages, and screen widths. GoatCounter does not store cookies or persistent identifiers in the browser. It processes the IP address and User-Agent in memory for up to eight hours to avoid duplicate counting, but does not store them in its database or on disk. See theGoatCounter documentationfor details.

If you open the analytics opt-out page, this site stores a first-party cookie whose only value is 1 for one year. It stops Cloudflare Web Analytics and GoatCounter requests and is not used to identify you or track your activity.

The blog loads typefaces through the Google Fonts Web API. To deliver fonts, Google processes the IP address, requested URL, User-Agent, operating-system information, and referrer. Google states that the API does not set or log cookies and that Google Fonts information is not used to create end-user profiles or for targeted advertising. See theGoogle Fonts documentationfor details.

3. Inquiries

If you contact kitepon.dev by email, your email address, any name you provide, message, and attachments are used to reply, verify the request when necessary, operate services, and resolve problems. They are not sold or used to sell advertising.

4. External services

GitHub, X, BOOTH, the App Store, Zenn, dev.to, and other external services apply their own privacy policies after you leave this site. kitepon.dev does not control their content or operation.

5. Disclosure and processors

  • Information is not sold or disclosed to third parties except with consent, where required by law, or where necessary to protect life or safety.
  • Service providers may process information only as needed for site delivery, security, and email operation.

6. Retention, security, and requests

Information is retained only as long as needed for its purpose and protected through access controls and provider security features. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Identity verification may be required.

This policy may be updated as the operation or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
