Privacy policy

OL RemoteWindow is operated by Quo of kitepon.dev. This policy covers the app and its connection signaling service.

The selected Windows window's video, its process audio and keyboard/mouse input travel directly between devices. The signaling server does not receive or store this content.

The signaling server temporarily processes pairing identifiers, secrets and connection-route information in memory. The purchase verifier receives Apple-signed purchase information and queries Apple for subscription status. This product does not persist purchase proofs, transaction identifiers or connection secrets in logs or a database. Technical error categories are logged for troubleshooting.

Delivery and security providers such as Cloudflare may process IP addresses and access information. Google public STUN helps discover direct connection routes. Apple handles payments and Apple Account information; this product does not receive card numbers. The providers' own policies also apply.

Connection links are kept in protected device storage such as Apple Keychain. The camera is used to scan QR codes; camera images are not sent to the server. We do not track advertising activity or use remote video, audio or input for advertising.

Information you send to support is used to respond and resolve problems. Use the contact link below for access, correction or deletion requests. Never send connection links, passwords or card details. Material changes to this policy will be announced here.

When Windows confirmation notifications are enabled, the server stores the APNs device token and environment, pairing identifiers and credential hashes, a hash of an app-specific installation identifier, an anonymous subscription identifier, expiry and verification time, and the latest event identifier, active/ended status and delivery state. Notifications contain no screen content, audio, window names, UAC text, coordinates or keys. Apple APNs handles delivery. Disabling notifications or deleting the saved link removes the destination; destinations Apple rejects as invalid are also removed. Delivery stops during subscription expiry, while the destination is retained for renewal. Raw purchase proofs and transaction IDs are not stored.
