- Start OL RemoteWindow on Windows and show the pairing QR code from its tray menu.
- Scan the QR code in the Apple app, or save a connection link. The link contains a connection secret: do not share it.
- Choose a plan, connect, and select a Windows window. Use the drag handles to reposition the stick and click buttons.
- Pinch to zoom. Open Text input at the bottom to send composed text. The ⌫ button deletes text on Windows.
Install the Windows host app on a compatible Windows PC. Open “Install the Windows app” for the download.
Video, audio and input travel directly between devices. Some router and mobile network configurations cannot establish a direct connection. TURN relaying is not used.
Windows permissions and the target app can limit input. If iPadOS rejects the rotation button, physically rotate the device.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. For support, include your device, OS, app version and error text. Never send connection links or passwords.
Enable Windows confirmation notifications to receive UAC alerts while the app is not open. The Windows tray app, service and a signed-in user are required. Open a notification to connect and use the existing confirmation prompt. Notification permissions, Focus settings and network conditions may prevent alerts from appearing.
